Phi Phi Islands Tour with Trazy

Sharing is caring!

On my most recent trip to Krabi, Thailand, I had the opportunity to enjoy a Phi Phi Islands & Krabi 4 Islands Early Bird Tour sponsored by Trazy.comTrazy is an English friendly tour booking website that connects travelers with reputable tour operators. It is one of the most convenient ways to explore Korea and Thailand. They took care of everything for us and set us up for a wonderful day of relaxation and exploration on this beautiful island-hopping tour in Thailand.

The tour was run by Krabi EzyTrails and they were wonderful. They picked us up promptly at 6:30 am in our hotel lobby and whisked us away to the pier where our speedboat for the day awaited us.

Strolling the sand bar connecting Moh and Tup Island

Stop #1: Talay Waek Islands: Chicken Island, Moh Island, Tup Island

Our first stop on our Phi Phi Islands & Krabi 4 Islands Early Bird Tour, we ventured about 15 minutes off the shores of Ao Nang to a string of three islands that are a part of the Mu Ko Phi Phi National Park. Entrance to the national park is an additional 400 baht exclusive of the tour price, that must be paid in cash on the day of your tour. Here in the early morning during low tide, these three islands are connected by a sand bar that allow you to easily walk between all three.

We got off the boat and had about an hour to explore and wander the peaceful white sands of the islands. Since our tour was an early bird tour, we were the first to arrive and had the opportunity to enjoy the peaceful beaches to ourselves. Included in our tour was a continental breakfast of coffee, tea, bananas and muffins.

After our breakfast, we hopped back on the boat and were headed off to our next destination, but not before briefly stopping in front of Chicken Island to marvel at the rock formation that gives the island its name. It really does look like a chicken! Or more of a turkey I guess.

The view of Maya Bay from the boat

Stop #2: Phi Phi Leh Island: Maya Bay and Viking Cave

Our second stop on our Trazy tour took us to Koh Phi Phi Leh, home to some of the most beautiful landmarks in the world; Maya Bay and Viking Cave. Unfortunately, due to over tourism the Thai government has shut down the entire island for an unspecified period of time to let the area rejuvenate and repair.

Even though we weren’t allowed to visit the island and see these beautiful attractions on land, we were still able to drive by and see them off shore. I appreciated that the tour still took the time to show us these marvelous sites regardless of these new developments.

After we finished taking our photos of Phi Phi Leh, we got the chance to snorkel in front of Viking Cave for about 30 minutes. There were hundreds of colorful fish and corals below and the water was warm and inviting. There were snorkel sets and masks on board so no need for us to bring our own.

Beautiful Pileh Lagoon

Stop #3: Phi Phi Don Island: Monkey Beach, Pileh Lagoon

Once we had our fill of snorkeling, we got back in our speedboat and set off for Phi Phi Don island, the largest in the Phi Phi archipelago. Our first destination on Phi Phi was Monkey Beach, a stunning strip of coast where long-tailed macaques rule the beach. These monkeys have grown accustomed to food from tourists so they’re known to be aggressive and may bite and try to steal your things if you’re not careful!

We marveled at the cute swimming monkeys and then headed off for Pileh Lagoon. This was maybe my favorite part of the trip. Driving into the bright turquoise waters that were completely encircled by tall and impressive limestone cliffs, was just jaw dropping. We parked our boat and jumped into the cool, deep waters for a morning swim.

The gorgeous white sandy beach on Bamboo Island

Stop #4: Bamboo Island: Lunch

Bamboo island was next on our island hopping itinerary and by this time we were ready for lunch! We disembarked and laid out our beach mats as we hungrily waited for lunch to be prepared. Bamboo Island is about 5 km from Phi Phi Don and the entire coast surrounding the island is soft white sand beaches.

For lunch they prepared for us four different dishes with soda and juice options. We were served rice with coconut chicken curry, sweet chili shrimp stir fry, veggie stir fry, and Thai chicken. It was actually so delicious and we were impressed with the spread they were able to provide beach side. They even offered veggie options for the vegetarians on board. We had about two hours total to chill on the beach, catch some sun and swim in the warm calm waters.

Busy Poda Island

Stop #5: Poda Island

Poda Island was our last stop on our Phi Phi Islands & Krabi 4 Islands Early Bird Tour. It’s one of the closest islands to Ao Nang’s shores so we found it actually quite crowded, but beautiful nevertheless. Close to shore was a large limestone cliff that impressively jutted into the air and made for a cool photo opportunity. We relaxed on Poda for an hour, swimming and sunbathing the entire time. Then it was back to shore, which was only a quick 15-minute boat ride.

Final Verdict: I recommend Trazy.com’s Phi Phi Islands & Krabi 4 Islands Early Bird Tour

We had a fantastic time with Trazy and the Phi Phi Islands & Krabi 4 Islands Early Bird Tour! The tour guides with Krabi EzyTrails were fantastic. We had unlimited drinks on board that we could help ourselves to and multiple snack breaks of fresh pineapple and watermelon, chips and cookies.

They ensured we saw all of the best and most beautiful landmarks in the Phi Phi islands region and also timed it well so we were always one of the first tour boats to arrive, which I really appreciated. Overall, I recommend booking with Trazy for their Phi Phi Islands hopping tour. It was worth the convenience and the overall experience was wonderful.

Thank you Trazy for such a wonderful day!
